My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and practical, and focuses on personal effectiveness. I use an integrative treatment approach, combining insight and skills based approaches. In clinical terms, my style of therapy can be described as a mix of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic approaches. This means that I help my clients understand how their past relationships and experiences have shaped who they are today and I help them develop tools to deal with current life difficulties.
I work with clients to develop the most effective, efficient and meaningful program to resolve their problems, manage their emotional and physical states, and achieve their life goals.
